When the app is ready

macOS 14 or later · Apple Silicon. Noteboo runs on your Mac. Apart from the AI requests it makes on your behalf, your meetings stay there unless you turn on Noteboo Cloud.

    Install and open

    Drag Noteboo to Applications and open it. It sits quietly beside your calls and only appears when you want it.

    Allow microphone and audio access

    Noteboo asks for permission to hear your mic and the call audio. Nothing is recorded unless you turn recording on.

    Choose how to pay for AI

    Add your own OpenRouter key, or sign in and buy Noteboo credits. The app itself is free; add Noteboo Cloud from Settings → Cloud whenever you want it.
